I called DrainWorks when I saw water backing-up from the floor drain. Matt came and explained to me all my options. He suggested the use of a camera which I declined and I chose instead to snake it and the blockage cleared. Two days later, when the drain clogged again, I called them and this time with the use of a camera and an electronic equipment they detected the blockage under the basement floor. The next day, despite pouring rain they showed up on time and performed the job. The area was well protected and the work was done on time. They cleaned up everything and even
stayed behind to fix my screen door latch which was displaced by
accident. I recommend this company a hundred per cent.
