I choose Drainworks based on the reviews I read on HomeStars. I am overall very satisfied with the company. Philip was great! He was on time, methodical in his assessment of the work to be done and left the place clean. The job was very well done, but not cheap! The cost listed is for 3 hours of labour and a few small parts.

We just wanted to point out that although Phil was actually onsite for 3 ½ hours, time spent is not such a good indication of value received as we do not charge by the hour, we charge by the job. This is highly advantageous to you because we send a plumber with 25 years of experience fully equipped to your home with the capabilities to complete the same job quicker and for less; which means he takes up less of your time as well. It would take a less efficient company longer and end up costing you more. Hope we have shed some light on this aspect for you.
