Drain replacement after basement flood
DrainWorks resolved our flood issues quickly and professionally. Our newly renovated basement flooded. DrainWorks responded quickly, diagnosed our problem using a camera which snaked through our drainage system. They fixed the front and back drains (back drains had to be fixed and the front was not as urgent but still needed repair), taking one day for each. Their crews were courteous and professional. Before the project started they explained everything and made sure we were comfortable. I recommend them to everyone.
Our project manager was Mike and the crew was Misha and Serge.
One thing we would improve is to have them cover our basement ceiling with plastic before digging into the floor. They did a great job of covering the walls, however. As a result, we need to repaint a portion of the ceiling which we could have avoided. Not a big issue but something to note.
