Discovered that my water line on my property was leaking. The work in itself is not difficult to tackle, but didn't want to spend my day digging a 20 ft long, 3.5 ft deep trench to get to my corroded copper pipe. Thanks to trench-less waterline technology, I called Gerry and he promptly came the same day for a quote. Spoke with another company and they couldn't quite match the price and were unavailable on the day that I needed. Another company I called said they could do the work, but couldn't send anyone over to give me an estimate. Went with Drain Master and Gerry's crew (Luis and Rob) promptly came as scheduled and completed the work within 6hrs. They were polite, focused and took the time to answer all my questions.

The water service line to our home sprung a leak over the weekend, water shooting 30' into the air like a geyser from our back yard. After a moment of panic, and a few minutes of internet searching into no-dig line replacement, we called Gerry. He answered the phone on a Sunday, while walking his dog - gave us good advice over the phone about immediate next steps and was at our home first thing the next morning to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Within 24 hours, a crew arrived at our home and replaced the line.

The two men responsible for the job were competent, efficient and happy; their positive attitude made a stressful situation easier to endure. On day one, they stayed until they could turn our water back on, smiling and cheerful the entire time (more than an 8 hour day!). Including taking the time to make sure the new service line didn't introduce any other leaks into our home and upgrading a pressure regulator that needed it in the process.

The next day, they came back to ensure that our yard was left exactly as they found it - right down to pouring new concrete to repair both our basement and our our outside walkway where access points needed to be dug. And the bill - exactly what was quoted. I can't say enough about how good the experience was. Don't waste your time trying to find a better price; the headache you'll save calling Gerry and his team is worth more than the few dollars you MIGHT save shopping around. Service line works like a charm and you'd never know they were even here!

Gerry quoted an alternative drain tile replacement option. Gerry has given us a solid price and has guaranteed that the project overrun costs will not happen. This gives us the peace of mind to go forward on this project.

Years ago we had the experience of another contractor quoting $2000 for a project and went on to do a job that would have cost $16,000. Although we were able to stop this the contractor ruined our driveway in the process.

The water main broke to the house. I got 5 estimates. Their's was the most competitive and the process was fantastic! They pulled the new pipe through the broken pipe. very little digging and destroying property. Plus I have a guarantee for 25 years. I highly recommend them.

Noticed some wetness in basement, called them up and they said my drain tile need to be replaced to solve the problem. Got it replace within 10 days. Right after the first couple rains. The wetness still there. Called them back. They digged the front side of the house where the wet spots are and left the big hole there for month. Keep calling them back but they said they said they are too busy with other jobs

During the last rain storm, our basement flooded. We were aware that our drain tile was clogged with dirt and tree roots, so we contacted Drain Master for assistance. They were prompt with their estimate and scheduled the job promptly when requested. The young man that came out was prompt, polite, informative and productive. Would recommend them .

We were experiencing a plugged toilet and flushing issues that we could not resolve ourselves. We called Drainmaster and they were able to dispatch a plumber the next day who quickly assessed the situation which involved adjusting the inside of the toilet.

Awsome. This company saved many hours of digging up the front lawn, and sidewalk resulting in a huge savings. They replace the line in a timely manner as they promised leaving no mess in the house and left the front yard very presentable.

Over priced, for 4 hour of work with a second year apprentice plumber and helper. The no dig genie kept slipping when pulling out pipe due to worn grippers. Should have dug it out myself and replaced the small section that was not properly joined. No advise was given by Gerry, just make the quick $$$ and run.
Gerry gave me 25 year warr on quote but on the invoice, 20 years???? I have copies to prove it.
O well I move on and hope I have no more issues with main .
Do your research before you call for quotes.
I could have saved over a $1000 dollars if Gerry would have
suggested other less expensive options, which he did not.
