I picked out the laminate flooring at their outlet on Progress Road, which was well priced. Approximately 1000 sq ft. They sent out their installer to estimate the supplies. They told me he was one of their best installers. The day of the installation, he came with another less experienced installer. Then the experienced installer wen to another job and the junior installer was left to install the floor. When I got home I noticed that some of the planks had two different finishes as well as some other deficiencies. The spacing of the boards was done incorrectly in terms of repeating edges. When they did the installation in the bedrooms, they significantly damaged the walls in several spots. They did not put in spacers to secure the planks. The laminate was so poorly installed that, after a short period of time, the boards started to separate with large gaps. They used glue and caulking to cover up some of the errors. They did not clean up when they were finished and did all the cutting inside the condo. It took days to clean up the dust. I called to complain about the difference in finishes in the main room. They finally sent the installer out to switch out the planks. Having said that, he used up all the extra planks to replace the wrong ones. I would have had around three boxes I could have returned but none were left. Although the store owner knew there were problems with the floor, he never followed up to see if I was satisfied. I will have to have the floors redone in the next couple of years. What a giant disaster. I will never use them again.
