Done Right Roofing & Sheet Metal

We are general contractors and they just completed a log cabin for us. We do custom homes and we use them for all of our projects. They are really great.

They did the entire re-roofing and the associated tasks. They were very good. We had no problems at all. They were clean and organized and we were quite content. They did a good job.

I can’t say enough good things about them. They were absolutely amazing. They did everything to keep me happy. Their price was right. They were perfect. If I ever had to call a roofing company again, I would call them.

They did a great job. I was away while they did the work and they had the job done by the time I got home and everything was in order. There was a minor issue with the roof that wasn’t their fault and they fixed it. Getting your roof done isn't fun but with Done Right it sure was easy.

We are a consultant firm so we have a bunch of contractors that do building repairs. They are one of our pre-qualified roofing contractors. I like working with them and am happy with what they have done.

I hired them to reshingle my whole roof. I was quite pleased with the job they did. They were here when they said they were going to be. I liked the fact tthat they took the time to clean up. At one point it was getting dark and they made sure to come back the next day and finish the clean up

Done Right had replaced our roof a few years back and we were pleased so we called again when our eavestroughs were pulling away from the house. The estimator was friendly and helpful. We had the 28 year old system replaced with a wider eavestrough that included a screen. They helped us match the colour exactly. We were not in a rush but it was at least 6 weeks before the work was done as the installers were very busy. Once they made the appointment, however, they turned up on time and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. It is not one of those jobs with a wow factor but I suppose it is good that you can't tell the eaves are new - they blend right in.

Kevin was a great guy to work with. He came out (on time! we had 2 no-shows from other companies). He made us feel really comfortable that we were getting the best product, service and coverage for our new (and first) house. He called me one day or organize a time and the shingles were delivered right to the roof that afternoon. We have had all our neighbors compliment the quality look and colour matching (which Kev also helped out with). We are extremely happy with the service, price and time Done-Right provided and highly recommend them!

Roof was obviously leaking in spots. Serviceman came as promised, thoroughly assessed roof and made repairs. He also returned after the next major snow/rainfall to check on repair and roof status. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Just had our roof done. Couldn't believe how fast it was done (under 8 hours for a 2000 sq two storey house).
Slightly more money then others but better shingle and warranty and a few extras added in.
