This is the first time we've ever required garage door repairs, so when the cable for our garage door opener broke last night....my first thought was "what do I do now?" Well, I called Dodds!
They came the very next day. They were very busy, might still managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule.
The service tech Chris K was the best! Very professional & polite, noted the problem right away & got to work....I could tell that he definitely knew what he was doing. In fact, he was so good & fast that I asked that he change the rest of the cables too (we have 2 single garage doors), as they were all the same age.
Just magnificent service from Chris K; very impressed.
