After many years of use, one of the springs on our garage door opener cracked. I contacted Dodds and was given an exact quote, for replacing either one or both of the springs. We elected to replace both. The company was able to squeeze in a prompt repair. The technician that arrived was pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered a question I had about the sensor and even provided a tip for the care and maintenance of our garage door.
Couldn't ask for better service... thank you.
