Direct Interiors sold me my dining room set at $4000 less than the price I was quoted by a store in Burlington ($6000 rather than $10000). They have excellent selection, customer service, delivery and post delivery service. I highly recommend this store!

We purchased a bedroom set for our new home from Direct Interiors, after many family members had recommended it. We found the style online and they were able to beat the price of competitors by almost 50 %. Phenominal service, friendly and knowledgable. Held our furniture until our home was complete, delivered and set up in no time at all. Would do business again and again with this company!

Good prices, good choices..one problem. Customer Service! If a shippment comes in that's is wrong, then expect to wait months to get it all resolved! One of my family memebers experienced the same thing with her baby crib. Also, customer service rep dealing with us was very abrupt and rude. I'd rather spend more money and go elsewhere.

We have visited the showroom many times before and were always happy with service. Employees are not paid by commission so there is no pressure to buy. Only one comment - they carry such a large selection that you need to know what you are looking for when you come in.

Bookshelves Unit from Stanley Furniture was very well priced and delivery was timely. Delivery personnel had some difficulty assembling but it all worked out at the end.

I bought my bedroom set from them. Service was really great. Good selection of furniture from traditional to contemporary, however because they carry so much, they did not have my item on the floor for me to see, so I had to buy it off of a catalogue. The price was really good, significantly cheaper than other stores for the exact same bedroom set. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and the service I received.

The prices are very good and the products are numerous. The only draw back is the time line. It takes two months at least for delivery. But the price and quality of product is worth the wait.

We shopped around and found that Direct Interiors prices were by far the best. The furniture was delivered around the date they said it would be and the delivery people were careful and fast.

Our sales representative was knowledgeable, delivery was as promised and our overall experience was excellent.
