I was very satisfied with the service an knowledge of the individuals that we dealt with. The service representative was outstanding and we felt his service was top notch. We have told numerous friends and neighbours about the excellent service we received from Direct Energy.

I detected a problem with my water heater one Saturday morning. I called Direct Energy and a few hours later the servicemen showed up with a new tank for me. The response time was A++ and the servicemen were excellent and quick!

Technician was very good and as a result I am considering upgrading my furnace and air conditioning unit. Honesty, worry free and rewarding loyal customers is VERY IMPORTANT to me. It has to benefit BOTH parties, the customer and the company. Treat your customer right and you will have them for the long run!!

Direct energy was prompt and efficient. It was great to see that the part was able to be changed so quickly. The previous technician placed the order for the part, I called and it was replaced very quickly! Good Job

October 2, 2014 Your customer service staff took care of my appointment scheduling in just a few minutes the same day. Excellent!! Alex Russell the technician who serviced my furnace was well informed and offered several very worthwhile suggestions. As well, he worked very efficiently to ensure that my furnace was cleaned and adjusted to the correct standards. Furthermore, he was very well informed about my particular furnace model.

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in May 2014 from Direct Energy. We haven't had a service from Direct Energy until this point. When they came they were friendly and the technician found no problems during the service.

The technician was not able to fix my leak in the shower stall because it was not covered under my plan. In other words it was not a plumbing problem but a deterioration of the shower waterproof membrane. However before leaving the technician asked me if there was anything else I needed fixed. I had a small leak in a drain pipe in my basement. He fixed the leak and showed me an old elbow pipe that was ready to fall apart any time.
