Technician arrived on time and was very polite, and respectful of my home. I needed the water turned on from the tap inside the ceiling in my basement to flush the A/C. I couldn't reach it and I told Robert the Tech that it also leaked. He told me it usually needs tightening. Robert adjusted the nut and solved the problem. He gave an honest analysis on my 15 yr old A/C unit and said it was still running fairly well. As a senior and a widow I greatly appreciated all the help from Robert from Enercare.
