86 Years old Forced to pay Heating Maintenance Plan

My 86 Year old Father had a new furnace installed 11 Months ago by Enercare. Now He is told that he must pay for an Heating Maintenace Plan or the warranty would be void. The Sales person never explained this extra yearly charge that he can not afford.
Forcing and intimidating an 86 year old Senior to pay for a Maintenance Plan on a new Furnace it's not Right.
We are very disappointed with Enercare.
