Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning

I am very unhappy with Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning and specifically, their worker WILL.

Will's customer service was entirely unprofessional displaying boredness and even laziness - which ultimately translated over to poor workmanship and even an attempt to cover it up. He did not wear a face mask nor gloves, and when he removed the the vent blown and dust came out - he was sloppy and failed to clean up the dust (as part of his job!).

When he attempted to take out the duct he DID NOT HAVE PROPER TOOLS, and attempted to dislodge the duct with his bare hands. When I asked him where his tools were, he replied that he "had none." At this point i was already VERY frustrated, but went to go get him a screw driver. However, when i got back, not more than 40 seconds, he had already dislodge the duct and "replaced it." When I asked him to show me, he refused and instead, pulled out his cellphone to show me a picture of A "VENT BLOWN," I was so frustrated at this point i let him go.

However, after inspecting my vent blown myself, I realize that HE HAD SHOWN ME A PICTURE OF SOMEONE ELSES VENT BLOWN - as he had TORE the screws when he attempted to remove it without tools.

I am INCREDIBLY SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED with this service. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
