Delta Air Systems

We purchased our high efficiency Lennox furnace and A/C system from Delta Air Systems in 2014 and have been happy with its operation since, except for the flow through humidifier that was installed at the time. We hadn't used the humidifier up until now as it seemed to be wasting a lot of water. When I mentioned this to Jordan at the Delta booth at the local home show, she arranged for a technician to come and look at it free of charge the next business day. After checking the system and replacing a clogged and upside down humidifier pad, the humidifier began to work but still seemed to waste a lot of water. He recommended that we install a water saver switch that would help reduce the amount of water wasted. The next day the technician showed up with a water saver, installed and set it, and verified that it was working. And to my very pleasant surprise, he told me that the cost for all this work, including the parts, was being covered by Delta Air Systems since it had been such a long time that we'd been unable to use it. Thank you Jordan and team for your EXCELLENT customer service.

Jordan and her installation team are the best. In the middle of the coldest week in winter , one call , fair quote of three levels of product and one installation within 48 hrs. While I made the transition the old furnace finally failed and Jordan personally drove four portable heating fans to my house. What I didnt know is she did that as her last task before she flew off to the Caribbean to be married!

Truly amazing service. From the first call to completion. They are also very well priced.
Last March I called five different companies for a quote. Not one of them showed up. I called Delta on March first of this year and today March ninth my system is installed and running. I'm not easily impressed, but Delta is one of the most impressive company I have ever dealt with. If you need heating or cooling Delta is the one to choose.

My old Lennox furnace of 20 years recently stopped working and I purchased a new Lennox furnace from Delta Air Systems, who had installed my air conditioner 5 years ago and have been very satisfied with. The entire process was smoothly run, from Tanya coming by on a late Saturday night to give a very reasonable quote of the job, and then the team of Steve and Skylar coming and doing the installation in about 4 hours time. Both guys were professional, efficient, and took care to leave things clean and tidy when the job was complete. Steve was easy to talk to and very informative about the workings of the furnace when the job was finished. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone involved. Keep up the great work!

Installation of new system by Liam and Brad - a really excellent team of guys...got work done well within time frame, very pleasant to deal with, took time to explain everything. On Saturday Jan 7/23 our 12 year old furnace kicked the bucket. The motor had died. We just bought the place in July and now we have a one year old child in a house with no heat and its early January. After a referral from my father, I called Delta Air Systems around 5pm and by shortly after 6pm Zack the technician was in the basement pulling the furnace apart. He said that he could have a replacement motor installed later that evening, but since the furnace was already older we opted for a full replacement. The next morning at 9am Jay was in the basement taking photos and measurements. Monday morning at 9am Julian and Jacob were in our basement pulling out the old furnace and installing the new one. Every one of these guys was polite, knowledgeable, highly efficient and took great care while working in our house. The new furnace is working perfectly and it looks great! No pushy upselling, no mess, no damage to the house and from now on I will deal with no other company for heating and cooling. Simply put, Delta Air Systems is the best! Jason came to my home for the estimate and followed up with 4 system options to choose from. Because of the Greener Homes rebate, we were able to upgrade our choice. Tammy booked the team quickly according to my availability. Matt and Brad did an excellent job installing the tankless water heater, new heat pump and replacement furnace. They were conscientious, neat and friendly and answered any questions I had. Tammy also did me the favour of registering all of my new utilities! It was a breeze, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our furnace stopped working on a cold weekend. Delta came to diagnose the problem. They sourced the part and were able to come back and install it later the same day. Braedon was very helpful in explaining the system, what was wrong and even got it running temporarily while until he could come back and install the part. Much appreciated!
