Gerry was fantastic. Over the past 7 years he has basically remodeled our home. He is priced very fairly and always comes in on budget. The trades people he uses are wonderful and do quality work. People are always commenting on how nice the work is, even all of these year later. The first job was on our basement. It was unfinished and he added a rec room, office, bedroom and 3 piece bathroom. Second job was totally redoing our kitchen and flooring of our main floor. The last job was reconfiguring our master bedroom and bathroom, creating a layout that was perfect for us. His quality work has significantly increased the value of our home and I would recommend his services to anyone.

The quote came in at 25% less than others. We also felt we could work well with owner, Gerry Davies, so went with his company. He uses superb trades-people. Davies schedules multiple trades simultaneously so work is on time and work is always being done; the house is never sitting empty during the week. Unexpected surprises notwithstanding, its on budget too. I highly recommend this company.
