We had initially a really bad experience with the crew who left 2 feet stems of our trees and this resulted in the significant delay with putting our new fence. Luckily the regional manager was very responsive and understanding. He ensured that the job is finished and we appreciated that. However, we were completely emotionally drained by the original crew because they were impossible to get hold of. Definitely better training of the staff is required.

I will update the rating and comments upon the resolution. The manager of the regional office seems to be professional which hopefully will compensate for the negative experience we had so far.

We needed to cut 5 trees to change the fence which the trees were pushing. All these was explained to Dan and then Kadyn at the time of the consultation. First, the guy did not show up at the time of the appointment, his crew came later that day and did a horrible job. They did not cut the trees to the acceptable level and we can't build the new fence like this. I've been trying to get hold of Kadyn on the phone since then which is impossible. He left me a voicemail saying he stopped by my house and there is nothing else they can do. My husband was home today and nobody knocked at the door. Also, it is very unprofessional to leave the job half done and if they couldnt have finished it because of lack of tools, this should have been explained to us before cutting the trees. We have to hire now another company to finish this mess while still trying to get hold of anyone who cares from Davies.
