I really want to thank Dave White for helping me with a problem. I thought my 14 year old luxaire heater unit had broken down. It was minus temperature outside so I was really worried of course. I noticed an error light flashing a code and called the nearest Luxaire dealer,Dave White heating, to ask if they knew what the error code meant. Dave was out of his workplace at the time I called but he was able to interoperate the code and walked me through the method of fixing the problem. The problem was not the heater unit but the moisture drain hose that I installed 14 years ago was blocked and the unit locked out as a safety feature. I replaced the hose and now the unit is working perfectly. Dave did this at no cost. I could have been faced with a significant service call bill.
When I eventually replace the furnace Dave White Heating will be my first port of call.
