We monitor our incoming emails every few minutes and rarely is a call dropped for someone not being able to answer a customer request. We pride ourselves on that. Dalia thank you for such a fantastic review! Yes, whenever an email is sent to us at Dangelo and Sons, immediately the same day we first arrange when is the best time for our client and crew for a free estimate. As the equation comes together for an appropriate time for an appointment - we call our potential clients back. We at Dangelo and Sons are honored that after 50 years of Dalia's roof needing repair - we were the first to provide our higher standards in roofing etc. to this customer. Apparently we did such a great job that Dalia asked the crew if they could reroof the smaller addition and flashing around the chimneys.
