I used this company for years and always had problems with appointments that were cancelled, rescheduled or late arrivals. Finally, I got fed up when they cancelled 5 times in a row for my fall blow out and kept giving me unbelievable excuses. I found another company who are reliable, prompt, efficient, and less costly- everything DJ Rain is not.
