Custom Maids

I am writing this review to recommend Custom Maids in Toronto. We have been with Custom Maids for almost 20 years and have been extremely impressed with their house cleaning services - and in particular, our most recent house cleaner Zona who has worked as a house cleaner for us for the past few years. Every other week on a Tuesday we have come home to a clean environment - a feat that we could not possibly achieve due to our own professional work.
Zona is a complete pleasure to have – she knows her work inside out and has never given us cause for complaint. Given the fact that we have a larger home (with so many stairs!!!) and she has only a few hours to clean, we are always so appreciative of her dedicated work as we always arrive home to an incredibly clean house. Zona is efficient when it comes to her work. She knows what type of surface requires which kind of cleaning materials and is thorough in all cleaning activities that she performs.
Since Zona has worked as a our house cleaner, she has taken on responsibilities that we do not really expect or request, including dish washing and occasional laundry as well. She is energetic and responsible and despite the fact that she has to carry out mundane tasks every day, she is never short of a smile, whenever we have a chance to see her if we happen to be at home.
The fact that Zona is rarely seen by us and consistently does an amazing job cleaning our home is something in which Custom Maids - and Zona - should be proud. She is incredibly trustworthy and efficient.
We wish to express our sincere gratitude for her continued great work, and hope she gets a chance to know how much we appreciate the hard work she does is maintaining a clean house for us. We really think Custom Maids hires the best for the most cost-effective house cleaning!
