Customer service is non-existent - I felt like I was inconveniencing him whenever I called, then had to listen to him ramble on about all his problems with other clients who don't pay.
No wonder - his price was cheap, but you get what you pay for. I had the whole roof replaced, right down to the boards, in the fall. The roof seems fine (so far), and I'll give him credit for replacing a shingle that blew off ... but Robert neglected to mention that there was now a large gap between the roof and eaves all the way along. This spring, I had squirrels move in.
"Not part of the original quote" I was told - perhaps that's so, but might he have thought to MENTION the gap? "I was trying to save you money" - gee thanks, your thoughtfulness just cost me another $1K to evict my new boarders.
