Alex did an excellent job on a complicated carpentry project for our church requiring him to retrofit an approximately 10" x 15" window into eleven existing solid interior doors of varying sizes and construction. He sourced the special glass, carried out the carpentry work, and re-installed everything very professionally while working around our schedules, all in a very cooperative manner. Many thanks Alex.

The bathroom and kitchen needed updating as they were both 18 years old. Alex did a wonderful job. He is a highly skilled, perfectionist and I can recommend his company without reservation.

We had Alex come to complete some plumbing and electrical work in our basement. He did such a great job we asked him to continue doing some projects in our home. Our bathroom turned out great and we were really pleased with how everything turned out. We would certainly ask Alex to come back or recommend him to others.

Alex from Toronto Carpentry was brought in to complete the new trim and baseboards that were being added to my home as part of a renovation project I completed. I must say that Alex did an extremey professional and excellent job. He completed the baseboards throughout the home, new trim around my new windows and built the door casings for all the doors in the home that were replaced as well as the trim around it. Alex was truly a master of his craft! After observing his work, I approached to him to complete the remaining finishes in my home, as well as little odds and ends that were left to completed. Once again, he did not disappoint. Although Carpentry is his listed business and specialty, Alex’s overall knowledge and competence regarding home renovations was truly amazing. He pretty much knows how to do everything and not just hiring a sub contractor to come and complete the work for him. His attention to detail and his perfectionist attitude resulted in a very well renovated home for me, which I received many compliments on! I know that searching for a contractor is difficult sometimes, because you’re not sure who to trust. I can positively say that I had an excellent experience with Alex and would highly recommend him for any work that needs to completed around your home. I look forward to working with him my next project.

I can’t begin to say how wonderful and knowledgeable Alex is. We have been using his services since 2010 and he does not disappoint! Our latest project was to demolish and rebuild a two level high breakfast counter into one lower one. He worked tirelessly demolishing the counter when we were away and rebuilding it. He also coordinated trades to install electrical, quartz countertop and tiling all within a week. Alex is so hard working and excellent at his trade. His work and craftsmanship are above and beyond. We’re so happy with the end result and look forward to having him back on our next project. Thank you Alex!

Alex & his team did an amazing job painting my house. His work is extremely professional. He is a perfectionist and it shows. Alex is not only an exceptional painter, he has many other talents. He re-did my botched front stairs to the house and he re-did my deck in the back yard (amongst other projects). See pictures below. The deck is so sturdy and will be solid for at least 20 years. It has enhanced the value of my home. He was on time & on budget, is an extremely hard worker. I'd recommend him to everyone.
