A friend of mine told me about Craftsman shutters. She was very happy with hers so passed the company name on to me.
I had a detailed quote with samples to choose from. The window measurements were completely accurate and the end result is perfect.
I absolutely love my shutters! Would definitely call Craftsman for my next window project.

Great Workmanship and Professionalism

We moved into our new home in 2005 and hired Craftsman Shutters to outfit our main floor windows and patio door . The service was excellent and they delivered within the timeframe they said they would. Since then we have used them twice and referred them to our family and friends, who have also used their services. They have been able to match the mahogany colour of our original shutters. They have excellent customer service and they are very professional.

Chris and his team at Craftsman Custom Built Shutters did an amazing job in repainting our kitchen cabinets and installing custom window shutters. From the time we placed the call to completion was 10 days. The workmanship was high quality and the entire team took great pride in their work. A week after the installation we got a call back about our satisfaction with the job, we had one minor issue and next day we had a service call to address the concern. Well done team!

Incredibly easy & pleasant experience dealing with Craftsman Shutters. Answered my online inquiry quickly & had someone out to measure my windows within a week. 10 days later my plantation shutters were installed!
Quality of construction is excellent, perfect fit and everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable. On top of all that their prices are competitive. Highly recommend for value & service.

We had wanted wood plantation window shutters for some time and asked Craftsman for their free in-home estimate. Samples were shown, products explained, and all window measurements were taken at the same time. Lead time for installation was better than we expected and we chose Craftsman to supply and install their Klearview shutters. They were built on time and installed in one day. We are thrilled with the look, fit and quality of our new shutters. Both sales (Wayne) and installation (Mitchell) were handled in a very professional and caring way. We would definitely recommend Craftsman for top quality wood shutters and a job well done.

Sales rep Wayne was very efficient and professional during the appointment for window measurements/quote.

Installer was punctual for installation appointment and very dilligent in his work. He cleaned up his work space after the job was completed.
