After being quoted by other companies for our roofing replacement and soffitt, fascia and eves update / replacement we chose to have the work done by Craftsman Aluminum Roofing. The pricing was competitive and their local reputation excellent.

Our initial contact with Mike for the estimates was handled professionally and with patience. The Office staff was friendly.

The completed work is outstanding, attention to detail excellent. The site was left clean. The Roofing and Aluminum crews were pleasant, punctual and able to communicate with us when it was necessary to be a part of the decision – making process. Extras handled with detail and minimal hassle.

We have the satisfaction knowing the job was done properly and the confidence that if service was needed in the future Craftsman will be there to assist. Written warranty provided.

We would not hesitate to recommend this company and they will be our first contact for any future work to doors or windows.

We moved into our Mississauga house May 2010 and knew the roof had to be replaced as soon as possible. We used Craftsman because my parents (Oakville) used them a few years ago for their house and their service was unbeatable. They sent an appraiser to give us a quote and, after agreeing to their quote, we made our appointment. Craftsman finished the job quickly and efficiently. They left us with all our paperwork and warranty information. They may not be the cheapest roofing company in the area but they are the most efficient and skilled. A couple of our neighbours who also got new roofing had problems less than a year after their roofs were done.

Rick, Jim and crew was excellent. When Nick, Albert and Mike came onsite to do the work, was done properly, professionally and on time. This company was not only the cheapest of 5 quotes, but the only ones to show up on time and provided me with all the information and then some. Work was delievered a few days outside of said date, but it happens. Was only 2 days extra. Did all the extras. Highly recommend!

First we had new windows installed on our 2nd storey plus ugly stucco covered with new siding. Craftsman did such an excellent job they have since been back multiple times to install new eaves, facia and soffit, and to replace the remaining windows, and patio door. They are always here when the say they will be. They have been incredibly helpful with little projects like removing some siding so we could have an awning installed and then came back to cap everything so it looked like the awning had always been there. We have now purchased a new house and during the home inspection discovered it needed a new roof. We called Rick and we had an estimate in our hand before the home inspector was done with the rest of the house. They even talked to the seller's real estate agent on our behalf to help us negotiate a reduction in price since the roof needed to be replaced. I would absolutely recommend them. In fact we have, and Craftsman replaced our neighbour's siding and were very happy.

We were looking and looking and looking for someone we could trust and feel comfortable pricing and working on our new home. We were very disapointed with several companies that had come to give us a quote before Craftsman Aluminum came to save the day! They were friendly and walked around the house with us to really show us the problems with our roof and what really needed to be done! I was really impressed with them and would absolutely reccommend them to anyone looking for finish there roof. Pricing was reasonable....service was excellent....timing was perfect!

professional service - came in to fix our leaky roof, even offered to provide a temporary patch in the area that was leaking until the whole roof could be replaced. Job was done in one day and no one complained when I changed my mind three times about the eavestrough colour.

From my first conversation with Rick, I knew these guys were the ones to do the job. The detailed estimate, coupled with the 10 year warranty, sold me on the company. My phone calls were returned promptly and work was done when they said they'd do it. On the day of the job, Rick called me early in the morning and his crew showed up about an hour later. These guys were experienced installers and it showed. They tore down all the old eaves and put up the new ones (along with some soffit repair), in a about three hours. The final result was fantastic! This company offers outstanding value for your dollar. They are true "craftsmen". (pun intended)

We have used the services of Craftsman Aluminum for a number of projects over the past few years. Recently, they replaced part of our roof. The job was done on time and on budget, by courteous and professional workmen. A few weeks later, a major windstorm ripped up some the shingles - the day after the storm, Craftsman repaired the damage - no cost, no argument - just a repeat of the same great service that we have come to expect from them. Highly recommended!!
