I used Cozy World Inc. services many times. They exceeded my expectations again. It was a problem with wires, but Ramin did an excellent job to find and fix the problem to install Nest thermostat. He was at my place in just an hour after I called the company. My respect to the company. Thanks!

Great service: quick, easy and fair assessment at the first visit. Then the installation happened quickly after we made our mind. The team was professional and figured out not to drill into my basement ceiling to pass the gas line. They also made sure to keep everything clean by protecting the floor.
Overall, a great installation for a fair price that I recommend.

Mehdi and Farid replaced my furnace. They are nice, polite and professional. My furnace room is small and so the job was challenging but I'm very pleased with the furnace and the neat installation. They cleaned up when they were done and took the old furnace with them. Cozy World has helped us with furnace repairs in the past and I highly recommend them.

Overall, my mother was extremely happy and satisfied with the installation from start to finish. She mentioned to me that the installer (Saeed), was extremely professional and efficient with the installation and was patient with explaining to her how the heat pump works and what should be expected.

Fantastic job, Cozy World!

We were replacing our old mid-efficiency furnace with a high efficiency model. Robert the salesman was very patient in clearly describing the various options and walking us through the decisions we needed to make. The installers Moe and Mehid worked a long, hard day to get everything installed in one day. They were courteous, professional and kept us informed. They also did a thorough clean up before they left. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Our furnace died at the end of the winter, luckily that gave us the benefit of getting multiple quotes. Cozy world came in very reasonable. They installed on the scheduled date, even stayed late to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving.
They left our house very clean. When I had a concern the following day they were very fast at coming by to address my concerns

We were fortunate earlier this year when Cozy World was recommended to us as the furnace at our office broke down in very cold weather. Farhad came to the rescue. We did have another company we had been dealing with for decades but they were bought out by a large company. While we did get a quote from them, both Cozy Worlds price and their responsiveness made it an easy choice. The installation, like everything else, was wonderful.

When our home AC broke down, Farhad came to our rescue again but since our furnace was quite old, he recommended a heat pump instead of just replacing our AC. He also explained the reasoning behind it (cost savings with environmental/ energy benefits) He also told us of federal rebates and helped to facilitate this. While we still had a contract with the other company, the choice was easy.

The installation, as with the previous one, was literally a breeze. (Haha) The crew, as in the first installation, was great- pleasant, efficient and left my place in great shape

Everything about our Cozy World experience has been fabulous, from the quotation to the installation. We were quoted on a conventional A/C as well as a Heat Pump and Mr. Sherman was great with explaining the pros and cons of both. We got a new Hi Efficiency furnace and a Heat Pump installed along with a new thermostat. The installation was done professionally and they were very careful to clean up after the work was completed. Highly recommend Cozy World, great service and competitively priced. Big added bonus is that there are super rebates available now if you go the Heat Pump route.
As noted had new furnace and heat pump installed in the spring and now when the furnace kicked in the humidifier wasn't working with the heat pump. Cozy World sent Ram out and he quickly determined that a wire needed to be reconnected and all is well. Very happy with the quick response and outcome. This is a great responsive HVAC company!

Furnace originally installed by Cozy World about 7 years ago (my first review on HomeStars). The draft inducer motor failed in January 2023, the second time since installation (not the fault of Cozy World) and both times Cozy World were quick to respond and provided excellent service.

During the last visit the technican showed me his troubleshooting steps which lead to the surprising conclusion the motor failed a second time (previously replaced in 2020) and the furnace started working again. Parts were covered under 10 year manufacturer warranty and only paid for one hour of labour. I continue to use Cozy for the annual furnace maintenance.
