Cozy World installed a Goodman furnace and A/C unit in 2010. My experience was similar to all the other 10s: Boris made a good assessment of my needs and offered a competitive quote. Fred and his partner came promptly at 8am and had it installed in 9 hours.

The furnace ran well for two years until it recently died overnight. I called Boris the next morning and Fred arrived by noon to check it out. For nearly 2 hours, Fred pulled apart the furnace to trace the problem and he discovered it was not the furnace at all, but my gas meter which failed. I had to call the gas company to swap out a new meter instead.

I feel bad that I called upon Fred for what became a non-furnace issue, but I was impressed with Fred’s diligence and dedication to help me troubleshoot. In short, Cozy World’s installation work and after-sales service gets top marks.

This was our second time using Majestic Indoor Air. Excellent service and perfect workmanship. Our A C unit was refilled and worked great following the service. This service Fred perfectly installed a new humidifier. Workmanship was experienced and first rate. We feel great knowing that if we have any issues with our complete heating and air conditioning requirements Majestic will take good care of any situation.

CozyWorld installed a new furnace at my place about 6 years ago. It was done in time and on budget as promissed. Last week the furnace stopped working. I called CozyWorld. In several hours I had a contractor at my place who fixed the problem. Well done, thank you.

I called fred for the second time because my furnace broke down he came down to check my furnace right away and he found the problem like he knows the furnace inside out . which was the ignitor he had the spare part in his truck .. he fixed it for a reasonable charge ...

Fred provided a very competitive quote to route a gas line around the outside of the house, feeding several gas fireplaces. He and his partner were prompt, tidy, friendly and polite, and very hard-working and efficient. Fred identified several previously unknown issues like poor caulking around exhaust vents and other gaps that were letting mice in, and fixed them. I would call Majestic again.

I saw Fred driving his van and asked him to price me on swapping out my hot water tank that I was renting. He quoted me on the replacement and scheduled to attend and do the work. He was on time and very efficient . He also repaired a problem with my furnace motor under warranty and had the parts on his truck and never charged me a penny more than he quoted me for the job. He offered to drop my rental tank off which saved me $75.00 as the company who I have rented from charge to pickup there own tank. He also emailed me the receipt of drop off and suggested I watch my invoice carefully to make sure they stop charging me . Majestic is the best honest furnace repair company I ever worked with. From now one I will always use Fred for anything to do with heating and air. Great job great company and your helper is also a great guy.

I looked around at a lot of bigger name furnace retailers and none of them had the kind of customer service, good prices, and speed of installation that Boris offered at Cozy World. So glad we chose to go with these guys. Boris has also helped connect us to other trustworthy service providers for our other home reno needs. We are very grateful.

Fred was a pleasure to work with in our reno home project. He knew exactly how to make our vision work, was on time, was courteous of our living space and worked efficiently to get the work done in one visit. Rates were very reasonable and we would definitely call on him again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service. I was given a quick reply, and my AC was fixed really quick. The price was reasonable, perhaps because I was baking in the heat without my AC. Regardless, they were in and out. Super helpful, and my AC's never worked better!

I found CozyWorld on HomeStars and based on other users reviews I decided to give them a try. My A/C stopped working and with another heat wave hitting GTA I needed to get it working again. I contacted the company and Boris was very quick in responding. He had one of his team members contact me to arrange an appointment.

Fred who came out to service the A/C was professional, knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. He replaced the broken part and the unit was working within minutes.
