Called Cozy World to replace my old Furnace. Robert came by and was very detailed in explaining the work required and the product features of the new furnace. He noticed my existing exhaust pipes weren't to building code.  He advised the installer probably needs to cut through drywall, as it would be difficult to run the new pipes. I was hesitant about replacing furnace now debating should I wait till it kicks the bucket, as I don't want to deal with patching my drywalls in finished basement. Robert advised Saeed is very good at dealing with this complex wiring scenarios and will get him to take a look to see if he can avoid cutting drywall. Saeed came to check it out the following day and he said he can do his best to run the pipe without cutting drywall.
Installation day Saeed came with Amir, brought in the furnace without damaging any part of my house, they had their own carpet to ensure no dirt got onto my floors. Took some time to install as they had to play around with the fishing the pipe options. In the end, he was able to complete the job with no drywall cutting, and no mess.
I was very happy with the professional service provided from start to end. Loving my new thermostat and furnace.

We had a fantastic experience in replacing our 20+ years old Furnace and Air Conditioner. As usual I did my research and got quotations from several contractors. I finally decided to go with Cozy world as their Sales Representative Robert was excellent in answering my questions and recommended us a solution that was the best fit for our house at a reasonable price. Leslie from the admin staff was very polite and accommodative as we had to reschedule the installation couple of times due to family emergencies. Saeed and Amir from the installation team did an awesome job. They are perfectionist and worked tirelessly for over 8 hours. I was very impressed with their knowledge and attention to the detail. They informed us that our existing humidifier was incorrectly installed. They not only installed the humidifier correctly in the return duct but also fixed water leakage issues. Finally, after a long time my humidifier was working again. Saeed and Amir also replaced the existing black exhaust pipe to white pipe as per the code. In the end Furnace, AC and Humidifier were thoroughly tested and they cleaned the furnace room before leaving the place. Cozy world team was very professional and I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. They are very knowledgeable and experienced people with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My furnace went out a few days ago and my house was freezing. I called Cozy World since I had used their service in the past for my A/C unit and was happy with their service. I spoke with Fred on the phone and after explaining my issue he had a good idea of the problem. He and Ramin came the next morning to inspect the furnace and confirmed inducer motor had gone out. They provided option to replace the motor but given the furnace was almost 20 years old suggested replacement. Given the motor replacement was not cheap I decided to replace the furnace. Since they could not replace until the next day Fred swapped the broken motor with a part he had in his truck so that my family would have heat during the night. I really appreciated that. The next morning Saeed and his team arrived to install the new furnace. They were done within 3 hours and left the area clean. Further, Saeed took the time to explain enhancements he had made which included fixing the existing draining and adding intake pipes. The team was very courteous and professional. As for cost, I found the pricing to be very competitive to what I saw online. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend.

The furnace in my new home blew out in the middle of winter, and I was desperate to have it resolved right away. After having called two previous HVAC "technicians" (really salespeople) that tried to hard-sell me on solutions that were much higher than I had expected to spend, I turned to Robert and his team at Cozy World. Robert was cordial and came to the house the next day to review the situation. He also noted the dated condition of the whole system, and provided a solution that was the best fit for the house without breaking my budget. His team came out the following day to install the full system, taking the time to leave my furnace room in a cleaner condition than they came in with. A great experience and I'll be sure to use them again for my HVAC needs.

Cozy World replaced my broken furnace but the new furnace wasn't heating my home as fast as expected. Boris courteously explained how 2-stage furnaces work and sent Ramin to check my furnace settings.

Ramin went above and beyond - arrived on time, ensured the correct furnace settings, and answered all my questions. Shortly before his visit, my Ecobee thermostat became defective when the Ecobee Support asked me to check the wires at the back of the thermostat to see why my home wasn't heating up quickly.

Ramin took extra time to install a basic Honeywell thermostat for the interim until I could get a replacement smart thermostat from Ecobee. I appreciated his kind help.

We were considering replacing our 21 year old furnace and air conditioner fearing one or both might fail in the midst of peak winter/summer temperatures. Following some online research (products, service reviews, etc.) we requested quotes from a few GTA HVAC providers.

Fred was quick in responding to phone calls and emails. I called Cozy World when my A/C broke down early in the Fall. It was a 15 year old unit and the service person advised that the repair would be costly and it was time for a replacement. Cozy World's pricing beat others by quite a bit and they were able to source and install a new unit just two days later. During that install they discovered that my old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger. The installer showed me the issue and explained the safety issues. Cozy World was able to provide a fair price for a new furnace and install it within a couple days. The installers were knowledgeable, careful while working in my home and made sure everything was in order before leaving. Cozy World also registered the warranties and forwarded all the paperwork for my records. It was super efficient and would highly recommend.

Cozy World installed my Lennox HVAC system a few years ago. It works well. Today, in October 2021, Ramin from the firm came to carry out a regular maintenance and service procedure on it. He was courteous, efficient and thorough and I was pleased that the job was well done. Cozy responded promptly when I called them, turned up on time and charged a reasonable amount for the work. I am a satisfied customer.

Having your air conditioner die in the middle of a Toronto summer is no fun. But Cozy World did a great job of minimising the problem. They were able to install a new unit within two days and everyone that we dealt with at the company provided excellent service.
