Our 10y old gas furnace stopped working during one of the coldest days of the year. We had a repair done but were told the furnace would need replacing sooner rather than later. I called 3 companies for quotes and options. Boris from Cozy World immediately took my call and discussed initial options by phone. Then he came by the house shortly after to do a proper assessment. He examined the furnace but also took the time to examine other appliances as well as the outdoor gas hookup. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of his approach. He then took time to present and discuss options, as well as pros and cons. Less than 24h later, his team was on site installing a new gas furnace. The team was very friendly, communicative, and tidy. They did a great job and were happy to answer any questions. Now the house is warm again and we have the reassurance that the furnace will work dependably for years. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and will unreservedly recommend Cozy World to others.

Cozy World was fantastic to work with! They came out promptly to view the site and give a quote, and during the visit offered their suggestions on what would make the most sense. The old furnace I had was way over-powered for the size of the house, and so they suggested a better fit (which was much less expensive than a similarly sized unit). The installation was scheduled for the following week, and two guys came to install the furnace. It only took a few hours and they did a fantastic job. Clean installation and they cleaned up after themselves. We've been using the furnace for a few weeks now and it's been a dream! So quiet and gets the place heated up very efficiently!

Had our furnace replaced as old one was giving us issues for years. Contacted Cosy World and Boris came the same day to look at the job. He provided a detailed quote for a fair price later the same day. We decided to go with them, and Boris scheduled the job for a few days later. His guys arrived on time and were knowledgeable and professional. They had our old one out and new furnace installed in a few hours. We are very satisfied and now have peace of mind as the old one was not reliable.

My A/C condenser failed after only six years. I called seven HVAC companies and out of all of these companies, Cozy World provided the best service and the most competitive rate out there. I had companies quoting me over ten thousand dollars to "upsell", I had companies call only to cancel within an hour of the appointment, I had companies tell me they couldn't provide the replacement I was looking for. Fred at Cozy Tech was responsive, prompt and helpful in every regard and the crew that installed the condenser made it simple, and effortless within 3 hours. I will definitely go with Cozy World in the future for any HVAC needs - they are honest and straightforward for sure and prices are competitive.

I met with Robert to get a quote on the work required for my new AC and Furnace. While on site and looking at my basement (being underpinned and remodeled) we discussed some additional duct work that could be done to maximize our new space. Within days Robert had a quote to me that was fair and met my expectations (while beating 3 other quotes I'd received earlier). We needed to have the floor concrete poured before moving forward though.

A few weeks later I was in California when my wife called me. Our old AC unit died and was beyond repair! Thankfully though, our floor had just been poured so it was perfect timing for installation. I called Robert who put me in touch with Leslie and we began working on scheduling a time for service. We booked a time and within days and Saeed and team came by to install. Both units were installed and back on and we are very pleased with them both. We ended up with a Lennox furnace and Mitsair air conditioner. Days later, Saeed came back to complete the duct work which exceeded my expectations. He and his team came in and did an incredible job, gave sound advice, and provided outstanding service. My favorite quote from Cozy World team was "You'll see us when you call but when we are done you won't see us for another 20 years!" Well let me tell you, if I ever have a second property or friends in need of this service I will be sure to call again. I can't recommend higher.

My air conditioner broke and they were able to move quickly and inexpensively. 1.5 tonne unit for about $1.5k less than other quote, although other quote had warranty on labour

I had checked a number of companies before going ahead with Cozy world. I had a wonderful opportunity to work with Boris. He and his team were fantastic. Firsts of all, Boris made me feel that I am the one and only customer. He replied to all my messages and phone calls right away.  He answered all my million questions ( I always have lots of questions ) He was honest and straight not a sale person that just want to sell. He wanted me to make the best decision with all the information he could provide me with, also the price is very fair and much better than other companies that I was quoted for the same air conditioner
( other companies wanted $500 to $1,000 more). The team that arrived to install the air conditioner were professional and friendly. They took the time to put special fabric to protect my floors and keep my home clean. Moreover, they registered my warranty behalf of me, so I didnt need to take half of my day to figure it out. The air conditioner has been working great and is much quieter than my old one. I am been very happy with the service and product provided to me. Boris and his team really make it easy.

The time had finally come to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We got quotes from 6 different companies. Our best experience by far was with Fred (Farhad) from Cozy World. He took the time to understand our needs and gave us a few different quotes with different price points. He was so honest, and he even went as far as recommending we might be able to get a few more years out of our air conditioner. This type of honesty is very hard to find. We also had concerns about compatibility with our current 1-stage thermostat (which is connected to our home security), and he confidently guaranteed that it would work with the new equipment (the others would not make such a guarantee).
Leslie (office staff) was very accommodating in scheduling the installation (we had a lot of days where we were not going to be home and/or had people visiting). On the day of the installation, the team (Saeed & Reza) arrived exactly on time. They did a fantastic job, and patiently answered all my questions throughout the day. I get nervous when it comes to home maintenance, and their great attitude put me totally at ease. They respected my home as if it was their own, and they treated me like family. After the job was finished, they reverted my basement back to its original form it looked as if they were never even there!

After testing the equipment, Saeed gave me some helpful recommendations, and showed me how to change the humidifier and air filters. The price was exactly as quoted with no surprises. Its been a week since the installation, and everything is working perfectly. Going forward, I will be calling Cozy World every few years for maintenance.

From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Cozy World team. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

And here was what happened!

Like many of you I presume, our furnace & air conditioner were near the end of their useful life, so, we needed to replace with new ones (preferably latest & greatest of course).

With latest SmartHome advancements, instead of control 1 stage heating & cooling with a low-tech thermostat like 20 years ago, we wanted to have our 2nd Generation Nest to control heating (1 & 2 stage), cooling (1 stage) & an Aprilaire whole-house humidifier while heating in the winter months. Who doesnt, right?

So, we reached out to several contractors to get a quote.

To our surprise (or more like dismay), most contractors turned us away due to potential complexity of what I required.

Unlike others, looking for a quick installation job, Fred from Cozy World Inc. (a.k.a. Mr. President) was the only one who took the time to come onsite to try understand what my needs were & how he might be able to meet them.

Over the next several weeks, Fred continued to worked patiently with me over multiple iterations to finalize a custom solution that met my exact needs while costing me the least (Yes, surprisingly cheaper then others).

With details solution finalized, Leslie from from admin swiftly scheduled the installation according to my availability on May 28, 2022.

On installation; in addition to master technicians (Saeed and Reza), Fred actually came in-person with his team to perform the more complicated part of the project himself! Unlike other contractors claimed, Fred was able to solve what others cannot in less than 20 mins. Then, Saeed & Reza just took over from that point onwards.

Through out the hours of decommission & installation, Saeed & Reza worked patiently with me every step of the way to ensure I am aware of my options on every detail (ie: preference on replaced the existing black exhaust pipe to white pipe as per the code, AC on bracket or ground, humidifier locationetc.). Furthermore, they even gave me amazing tips on amazing local restaurant! Thanks, guys!

Once installation was done, Saeed & Reza tested each part of the HVAC system with me to ensure everything is working as per design.

When it was said & done, the team diligently reverted my basement back to its original state as if they were never here (as my wife said and yes, it was that clean)!

Last but not least, Fred called couple days after installation to ensure any additional questions I had were answered.

After a week with the new HVAC installation, I know I have made the right choice!

In short, based on my personal experience, Fred & his Cozy World team delivered above & beyond what they promised! Amazing, Amazing, Amazing experience!
