We contacted COZY World to get a quote to replace a 30-year-old furnace that quit a few days before Christmas. Boris responded promptly (within the hour) and scheduled a house visit the same day. He was thorough in his assessment and recommendations. He answered all questions and shared his extensive knowledge. The installation was scheduled immediately and Mehrdad and Kurush did an excellent job.
