Our 30 year old furnace and air conditioner were replaced by Cozy World in mid June of 2010 with new a Goodman 2 stage variable speed furnace and air conditioner.
One the most important things about a furnace/AC system is the quality of the installation.
Cozy World's fully licensed installer Kam and his 2 assistants did a very good job. They work hard and steady and are courteous and personable. We were pleasantly surprised with an air conditioner cover at end of the job.
The air conditioner was installed just in time to get us through the first in a series of heat waves that came through the GTA last summer. The new AC kept us cool and comfortable running long cycles to remove humidity. The hydro electric bill for the summer season was a third less of what I was paying with the previous AC system.
The new furnace is keeping us pretty comfortable and has been reliable so far this winter. No more cold beds when going to sleep at night. The natural gas bill has been much lower too!
I have recommended Cozy World to others and are happy with the work/product they received. I will recommend Cozy World whenever the opportunity arises.
