I made the right decision to go to cosmopolitan for my A/C replacement project. Fahim came to my house very late of the night upon my request, and gave me a very reasonable pricing, on different models. Fred and the helper installed the A/C very professionally, explained very clearly the procedure. Fred also kindly helped me repair a broken pipe inside the ceiling, that was really a big trouble for me, and definitely now a portion of his responsibilities. Thanks Fred!

By the way, I called Cosmopolitan last winter to repair a Furnace malfunction. It was Rafi did the wonderful job! It has been working very well since then. Actually, I found out the same working methodology from the two technicians., they were all very understanding of customer's concerns, so, they all provided very detailed but easy to understand information on the products or service they offered.
