Our fridge broke down on Wednesday night - Visitors due to arrive on weekend - I had a breakdown :-( Got Joe's name and number on Thursday - called that night and he was over shortly after. Great sense of humour, worked quickly and efficiently and warned me of what may happen - Super experience that I had not expected. :-) Very happy camper.
