Concord Window Store

I just recently had our beautiful Hurd windows and doors installed by Concord Window Store and I can see why they've been around for 20 years. From the initial visit from Greg, to Rita coordinating the installation everything was completed as promised. Greg's installation crew, Nick and Mike, were equally as good. The job was done on time and the craftsmanship was excellent. They removed all job related materials and left my house spotless. I am very happy with the end product and would recommend Concord Window Store to others.

We had Concord Windows install several windows in our Richmond Hill home. Most were good. However, the bay window was installed incorrectly. It appears to have been the wrong window. We called Concord many, many times. Seldom would anyone return our calls. When we finally did make contact, were were promised that the window would be re-installed. However, after several years and follow up emails from us, this has never happened.

We replaced all our windows and doors through Concord in 2002/3. The installation was fine but the post-install service was dreadful. One of the exterior doors was improperly installed and Greg blamed it on the manufacturer which he recommended. Getting Greg to rectify the situation went nowhere for at least a year. He then told me to deal with the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer gave me the runaround for another year and then went bankrupt. Repeated calls to Greg and Rita over the years to rectify the situation still went nowhere. So this year I went to see them in person. They told me they would get their installer on it right away. I spoke to the installer and arranged an appointment but he never showed up. I called Rita to tell her what happened and she told me to leave it with her and she would get back to me. She never did - SURPRISE!! After years of frustration I finally went elsewhere and got the situation rectified. One would think that after spending all that money that they would care about keeping their customers happy but nothing could be further from the truth. After reading some of these other reviews it is quite clear to me that if you deal with these people it is definitely BUYER BEWARE!

I am so happy that we choose the Concord Window Store to purchase our new windows from and to have their highly skilled installers instal the windows.

After searching and doing many months of research on Windows and Window vendors we without a doubt were confident in purchasing from the Concord Window Store.

We would highly recommend the Concord Window Store if you are serious about your purchase and want to deal with a no hassle very knowledgeable staff.

Recently bought a "fixer upper" house in Woodbridge. Found out about Concord Window Store just from a quick google search and beyond glad that I did! Went in to visit the store and meet with Greg. Was pleasently surprised with the vast amount of knowledge and suggestions that were made to keep my window and door project affordable with higher quality then competitors. Concord provided me with a great installer. As a machinist I have the precision square eye and the windows and door was bang on! Will definitely go back to see Greg for future projects.

Completed a much needed overhaul of 15 windows for our home with Concord Windows. They installed premium windows (Hurd), which already provide my home much better sound insulation, and I know will save me a fortune on energy. Installation team was on time, detail oriented, and very courteous. Would recommend them to everyone... including my mother... WHICH I NOW I HAVE. This site can read my mind. Great service! Their windows and install quality can't be beat.

I just purchased Hurd windows from Concord Window Store. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff at concord are professional and delivered everything as promised. Greg was extremely helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. The house looks absolutely stunning, I highly recommend Concord Window Store to anyone.

An absolute joke of a company. Installers were inexperienced. We are on the 3rd set of installers and the job is still not complete. They started over 7 months ago. Owner and salesman do not show sign of professionalism. Excuses - excuses and excuses.
Company is irresponsible and are not accountable to their customers. The windows (HURD) are a good product but would not recommend purchasing through Concord.
If your life is running smoothly and you need some major headaches, give concord a call!! What a joke.

We bought our Hurd windows as recommended by our architect from the folks at Concord Windows. Our builder never installed them correctly, and after 2 years of trying to get some service from Concord installers, I finally gave up and hired my own carpenter. Greg - not so good with returning the phone calls and promises.
