Ordered a counter height dining table set on 15th Nov 2021 and received it on 26th Nov.
Had sent an email with the pictures of the broken support that holds the table on the same day ( Black Friday) and also called them and was told that they will get back to us the following Monday.
This is a huge and very heavy table and I don’t know when it will collapse with the broken support.
We are not going near the table and it has been so difficult to stop our 5 year olds going under the table to play with the fear of it falling.
I called and explained about the situation many times to the lady who takes care of these kind of situations there, Norma.
I cannot express the stress that I am going through with this table without being fixed in my house right now and I don’t dare to touch it.
This lady, doesn’t respond to my emails or calls and has been telling some stories about supplier calling her and she waiting to hear from them and only this particular table being out of stock to replace or whatever.
In my last call on Jan 10th, she was asking me if I watch the news at all as the freights are being delayed and I might have to wait a year or two.
Today is Jan 12th 2022 and nothing has been done.
I usually do not write any reviews but thought that this very much needed when a business does care nothing about the safety of the products that they deliver.
Btw, we ordered a 070-Pe4254 Colburn collection publeg dining set with a table and 6 stools

Unfortunately, there is a large delay and shortage in many products, and that's not limited to just home furnishings. The customer was asked to listen to the news, only to reassure her that is a real problem worldwide and not an excuse. Service has never been denied but it has been delayed and that is out of Concord Furniture's control. All issues with the table will be taken care of as soon as possible. Concord Furniture is truly sorry for the inconvenience.
