I was having trouble with my laptop booting properly and also the battery. Raymond diagnosed the problem quickly, reformatted my laptop and ordered a new battery within a few days. It works beautifully now. The price for the service was very good. Raymond is very polite, courteous and really listened to my issues with the computer. You rarely find this level of customer service anymore, and I would highly recommend his shop.
