Complete Roofing

Job not done to my satisfaction.
Collected money for roofing then backed out of the eavestroughing part of the job despite it being part of the quote.
Unanswered emails and calls, including to the owner.
Don't use these people.

Complete Roofing replaced our shingles, added baffles and installed more insulation and did a great job! Due to the steepness of the roof line it was important that our contractor was able to also do baffles and insulation. We had an insulation contractor tell us that he couldn't do the job through the attic because the roof was too steep. It was nice to find a contractor that could do it all.

Have had my house for 7 years and Complete Roofing did the roof in 2008 for the previous owner. Previous owner passed on the paperwork and warranty to myself. We recently had a leak that created some minor interior damage and I called Complete. I was informed that someone would be at my house between 11-1pm to inspect the damage the following Monday. The person that was sent introduced himself and then proceeded to inspect the area that appeared to be causing the issues. Informed me that he would take care of the plywood replacement and re-shingle the area, I also pointed out another area that appeared to have some animal damage done to several shingles. I was informed all would be taken care of and a detailed pictured report of the damage was now on file at Complete. I was informed that all was taken care by Complete and that there was nothing owed by me. He was up on the roof for over an hour. Wow that is what I call customer service. 1st I thought it wasn't going to be covered and I would get stuck with an expensive bill. Wow was I surprised. That is incredible and in my option, above and beyond. I did inspect his work later and it truly went above all my expectations. My neighbour and I both got our roof done by Complete and at the outset things looked good. They were reasonably priced, said they could get the job done in a day and Pierre was very flexible in terms of scheduling.
After the job, however, is when I could see the problems. They didn't replace the water diverters where the dormers meet the main roof so we get water pouring down onto our walkway and drive. They damaged a soffit (something I didn't notice until after payment).
They had left some tar on our walkway and stonework on our landing. After many calls and emails with Pierre and having been reassured many times that he would take care of it I've given up.
Would not recommend. They're just concerned about getting in and out as quickly as they can.

I’m a Board member at a multi resident town home complex. We completed 2 phases of our roof replacement by Complete Roofing. We are completely impressed with the company and continuing our 3rd phase with Complete. Pierre, Complete Roofing representative met with the Board members on-site to explain and educate everyone with our steep pitch, type of roofing and suggested extra venting to avoid ice build-up, upgraded metal vents along with the quality of shingle product and providing us a reasonable quote. The workmanship is excellent, the crew did an exceptional job on the roofing installation and cleanup was done very well. The team of roofers was professional and friendly to talk to and the lead installer was on hand through the entire job.
Everything was done perfectly, on time and as promised. Thanks Pierre and crew for a job well done and we look forward to working with you on our 3rd phase roof replacements.

Pierre came to give us a free estimate and was was very knowledgable and helpful! His guys did a fantastic job redoing our roof and cleaning everything up after - all for a very fair price. We'd highly recommend using Complete Roofing.

I had 8 quotes to re-shingle my roof, including smaller one crew outfits to larger established organizations. The quotes ranged from $6,000 to $16,000 which in itself was interesting. I settled with Complete Roofing and have no regrets.

KevinM. was my primary contact throughout the entire process and his experience showed. In fact, out of the 8 quotes, Kevin was one of two vendors that actually climbed up on my roof for a close inspection. He walked me through options, provided honest advice and followed up post-install to ensure that it was done right. Complete Roofing installed Owens Corning Duration shingles, added insulation to my attic, ensured my sofits were clear and added 'static ventilators'.

This brings me to an important note. These 'static ventilators', which look like smoke stacks are becoming increasingly popular because they move more air without the need for any moving parts. What's interesting is how few roofing companies know how to install them properly. The manufacturer [a Quebec based company, ventilation-maximum.com] clearly states in multiple places on their website and manual that "Any openings other than Maximum Ventilators or the soffits must be completely sealed." If not done, ventilators will simply not be efficient. Not only do I see many homes with the stacks *and* mushroom caps installed, some of the vendors that provided estimates were oblivious to this yet. One suggested mixing a ridge vent with the static ventilator! Another suggested that one would do, arriving to this decision without having taken any measurements. Kevin understood how this product works and his estimate included closing my 7 traditional mushroom cap vents with 2 static ventilators.

The crew that did the work were friendly, clean and respectful to not only me, but also my wife and young children. Their accounting team were also very responsive and accommodating.

In the end, I sought a reputable roofing company that had local roots and great service. I believe I found that with Complete Roofing.

We have a very large roof. Price was very competitive, we had 3 quotes. They were fast, efficient, professional and very clean. The house up the street went with a different company and our roof was done faster and looked better. 4 of our neighbours are getting this company as well.

Had my townhouse roof and detached garage roof done. Great job. The team was prompt, efficient and professional. They had to work extra hard as they were unable to put the removal bin in my yard so all the debris was walked out by hand and placed in the bin. At day's end you would have never known they were there. Have recommended them to others.
