My neighbour and I both got our roof done by Complete and at the outset things looked good. They were reasonably priced, said they could get the job done in a day and Pierre was very flexible in terms of scheduling.
After the job, however, is when I could see the problems. They didn't replace the water diverters where the dormers meet the main roof so we get water pouring down onto our walkway and drive. They damaged a soffit (something I didn't notice until after payment).
They had left some tar on our walkway and stonework on our landing. After many calls and emails with Pierre and having been reassured many times that he would take care of it I've given up.
Would not recommend. They're just concerned about getting in and out as quickly as they can.
