An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We recently had a Trane XT95 model furnace installed in our basement. In order to make the right and smart choice when selecting the perfect furnace for our house and after extensive research on the internet to help with that decision, we concluded that a Trane furnace would be best suited for our family. My husband and I are now retired, so we had many factors to consider before deciding on which company we would select. Their consultant, Blair MacDonald recommended the Trane XT95 for our house. Blair was very thorough when explaining the features of the new furnace and the price fit our budget perfectly. He answered all our questions and concerns about the installation process. Later that week, our new furnace was installed. The installers were friendly and courteous, and left the work area very clean and tidy.
We would definitely recommend Compass Home Services for all heating and cooling systems. Our new Trane furnace is very quiet and we are looking forward to a warm and cozy winter.
