We have had don and his nephew in three times this winter, for issue not related to their work but just a furnace they kept shutting off, they are both very nice but they had failed to source the gas smell I had been smelling for months, every time they came I told them i could smell propane. I finally had enough of the smell and called Enbridge gas. They pointed out about 5 issues with the furnace that needed to be fixed including the carbon monoxide reading 50points about the legal limit. Our heat was shut off till it could be fixed. Don, his son and grandson came back and redid all the piping and did find a leak. Which they fixed. The carbon monoxide is reading much lower than what Enbridge read so they are bringing in someone else to check with their equipment. While it did take a while to fix the issue it was fixed and we feel much safer with all new piping and the leak found.
