At first, I had not seriously considered using cellulose as a solution, but Gary followed up and took the opportunity to provide his point of view after doing a very thorough investigation of the attic. He asked questions and assembled a recommendation. No other insulator who visited did this and it was impressive. He won me over and we went ahead. The staff showed up right on time. They were Tropical employees and not sub-contractors, very friendly, courteous and fast. Whole job done in 1.5 hrs for approximately 1000 sq feet. Showed me after photos when the job was done and walked me through the work completed. Images were then supplied next day. Temperatures up stairs on the hottest day of the year dropped by 4 degrees C. I was blown away. At night the temperatures for upstairs and down stairs are the same! This was the best money I ever invested into my home in years. I can’t recommend them enough.
