I've had Brent do 3 inspections and I can't believe I have not left a review yet: I'll be brief Brent is far & away the best inspector you will ever find. He is passionate & cares about uncovering everything wrong with a home. He finds things others missed routinely & if your not getting him to inspect your home your probably missing something!
If I could rate him 11 out of 10 I would.

You had a previous inspection report for the home provided by the seller, it looked good, yet we uncovered so much other things that were not mentioned in the report. I hate to be the guy to try and "upstage" anyone but really, "a bit of mold in the basement"? The basement had been flooded out numerous times. There was mold everywhere!
