Clarke Basement Systems

Keith from Clarke Basement Systems was very professional and thorough, and gave me another lesson on how the pump works and how it should be maintained, since I have already forgotten since its installation few years ago. I was very happy with the initial installation few years back from Clarke, and still very satisfied with their maintenance service.

We have an existing perimeter system with sump pump in our East York home with Clarke. A few weeks ago, during a heavy rainstorm, a window well filled after and leaked into our basement laundry room. We immediately called Clarke. Fitz provided outstanding customer service, from the initial assessment to the day of the job. On the day of the job, Fitz and Keith made sure to call to let us know they were on their way. They fully explained the work they were doing, showed me along the way, and cleaned up after they were done. Thank you Fitz and Keith!

Fitz was very polite and educated us regarding everything that he needed to do to maintain the equipment and why. He left us with a clean environment and a sense of confidence rearding the reliability of our pumps and dehumidifier.

Fitz arrived as scheduled and was completely professional. He explained what he was going to do, and why he was doing it. This was a repair to a previous repair of a foundation crack. I don't know who made the initial repair, but it wasn't Clarke Basement Systems, because this time the workmanship was outstanding! I will have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future.

The overall service I received was great, Fitz was here early whcich was nice, he explained everything to me step by step so i knew what was going on. Fitz was as clean as possible leaving me with no complaints. I would say based on past service from other companies this is by far one of the best, i would definitely recommend Clarkes to a friend.

Awesome experience from the time I called to the time the job was completed. Claude was an extremely knowledgeable consultant and Jose an efficient installer. I could not believe how fast the work was done and feel relieved we will never have water problems again.

Rob Trevisan and crew arrived on time as scheduled and did a professional job of interior waterproofing including removal of exisitng wood panel walls; installation of waterproofing with drainage piping; and installation of sump pump. We have already had an inquiry from our neighbours about this firm and their services as well and we will be recommending Clarke Basement Systems to them.

Clarke Basement Systems installed a WaterGuard Perimeter Waterproofing System in my basement.The two technicians,Fitz and Keith, did an excellent and very professional job. I was watching the whole procedure. They knew their job thoroughly well, and they clearly and courteously explained to me the whole procedure step by step. They did their work in a cheerful manner. They did not leave any mess behind.

I very much enjoyed Fitz's great sense of humour.
