At least 10 companies told me they couldnt help me solve a problem with a clogged line outside for our sump pump. Only Clarkes were willing to tackle the job. The team did a masterful job of cutting the pipe from the house and digging a trench for a new line. They skillfully avoided damaging the irrigation pipes. They did all of this in the pouring rain. Awesome effort!

We had a vertical crack in our basement foundation that was leaking. We have used Clarke Basement in the past, so we know their work is good. Ali came to fix it quickly and professionally on the scheduled date. He was very polite and helpful throughout the whole time he was here.

The work was scheduled for Aug 18 at 8:30. They arrived on time. Brian and Dave were an exceptional team, hard working, polite and answered all of our questions and kept it clean as much as they could. So refreshing. I would highly recommend that team and Clarke Basement Systems.

I sent requests to 2 companies for free estimates on 6/23/2022, only Clarke Basement Systems contacted me back the next day. I haven't heard back from another company since.

Alx Fxxxxxxxxi came fixed our long crack on our basement wall yesterday. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. The job was nicely done. We were amazed that he could work in such a tight space. We are pretty satisfied with the fix especially we have a 25-year warranty.

Our crawl space was a marketing before and after. All the old wet insulation and garbage removed. New levels and support beams, complete encapsulation and insulation and foamed. Drainage system, sump pump and dehumidifier. Professional, informative, friendly and positive. We really were prepared for a more intrusive project but I was able to continue working from home and the crew, Lucio, Stefan, Conor and Salesman Ben were all 10 out of 10. I cannot say enough about this crew. To see hard working and positive smiling faces every day, knowing what they had to deal with, and the quality of work they completed. Worth every penny.

Very happy with the work done by Clarke Basement Systems that transformed our dark, damp cold cellar to a beautiful dry storage space. The cold room encapsulation is very clean and bright. Very professional work. Show up on time as promised and finished on time. Under promised and over delivered. Highly recommend.

The team from the very first interaction was extremely professional and delivered on their services. Always available for any questions, work ethic was exceptional and would strongly recommend should anyone require their services.

The work was done very professionally and the end result was better than expected. The installers were very informative.

Overall our experience was very positive. Ron was great to deal with, took our worries away after every conversation. Dave, foreman, was great at explaining what needed to be done. Only reason it isnt a perfect 10 was the lack of a follow up.

Do not hire this company, they initially diagnosed the incorrect problem, fixed the wall that was not the issue, leakage was from a spot right next to it which was missed by their salesman 'Seasoned' salesman Don, they charged me $1,000 to fix the issue that was not the problem, when I called Don back, he made me feel as if it was my problem, gave me an attitude, would not return my calls, when I went higher in the company to complain they came back to fix the issue after 3 weeks, and then they had the nerve to charge me to fix the actual problem that they missed initially. Due to this all other work in my basement was put on hold. I paid for something that was not required. They have the worst after service, once they had my money, the tone changed. All for a lousy $1,100 dollars!!
