The Aprilaire dehumidifier works well, but when it came the box was essentially destroyed. It came with no 10” round for attaching it to and ducting, and there was no manual with it. I’ve figured it out for myself but it was pretty unprofessional. For something I paid over $2000 for I would expect everything to be perfect, and when I got it the unit was so dirty the service guy had to clean it off with a rag. Will not be recommending Clarke Basement Systems to anyone.
