Clarke Basement Systems

For a few months I have been having water problems in a corner in the basement. I eventually discovered the damage was becoming extensive and there was mold growth. John from Clarke was the third person to have a look and he discovered that it was just a leaky hot water tank (repair = $0 my lucky day). Although I feel that the other two companies would have done a good job, they would have done a needless and expensive job whereas John took that extra moment to really investigate the problem, instead of jumping to conclusions.
