Technician arrived on time and did a thorough job, taking his time to complete the service as committed/agreed to. I would recommend this company, which even cleaned the evaporator coil from the a/c. It's the best duct cleaning we've ever had.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Would have them back.

Other than that, the recommendation website says I need 15 words minimum. I think I was quite clear in the above. Just hire these guys.

City Ducting came at my house and cleaned all my ducts, they even put sanitized at the end of the job to kill at the bacteria & germs and give free air in our house, would recommend to everyone to take services from them.

These guys saved the day after another company (Company XXX) caused a big problem.

Basically, my condo building decided to hire a company to clean out all the dryer ducts in the building. The condo building got quotes from three companies. Company XXX was hired with a quote at $32 per unit. Anyways, rather than doing a proper job, they plugged the exhaust vent in my unit. (I think they tried to blow all the lint out the dryer exhaust hole but, in reality, the blowing just caused the lint to plug the exhaust hole.) All I can say is that your building should beware of going with the lowest quote.

Anyways, Company XXX wouldn't respond to my calls. I found City Duct Cleaning because they described the exact problem I was having on its website (the dryer exhaust was now going into my washroom because, since the exhaust hole out of the building was plugged, it had nowhere else to go but into my washroom). My building hired City Duct Cleaning and they fixed my problem.

We requested quotes from several Duct Cleaning Services on Homestars, while most emailed back only City Duct Cleaning called. I found that most would be several weeks before they could schedule a convenient day but City was available the following week. The lady on the phone - Danielle - was pleasant and helpful. The day before they were to arrive, Danielle called to confirm and I asked to ensure they would protect the carpet where the vacuum host would travel in the house and that all the vents would be covered during the cleaning. She noted they normally do not put down anything for the vacuum but was request this. She did confirm they would be covering the vents during the cleaning. The day of the cleaning, the technician arrived as scheduled (I was out, my wife was home). Apparently he started setting up outside before even coming to the door to confirm he was at the right place. He did put down some mats for the vacuum (good) and covered all the vent (good) but only used newspaper with duct tape to cover the cold air returns and did not realize there was one in the basement. I came home as he was finishing. When removing the newspaper/tape on the cold air returns, some of the paint came off. I let the technician know that he really should be using painters tape. After he left, I asked my wife if he had follow the proper procedure of keeping the all vents covered while cleaning one. She noted he would go to a vent, remove the cover, clean the vent and then move on to the next one without replacing the cover. When I inspected the vents, we found dirt and dust around them, resulting in us having to clean the entire house. We called the company twice to express our concern and both times were told the owner would call us back. It has been several weeks and they still have not called us back. Not a customer service focus! Now we realize they were available as others have learned they lack this focus and we will not make the same mistake again. It appears their focus is on getting paid.

Business partners and general managers of this company, they arrived today to clean the ducts and fans of my condo in which I've resided for 3 years. My dryer lint trap was plugged and the dryer fan wasn't connected properly - my only clue was, it took longer to dry clothes - especially towels - than normal. Both John and Glen spent 1 1/2 hours ensuring everything was done properly explaining the process when they completed. Next duct cleaning? Probably in 2 years. Would I recommend John, Glen and City Duct Cleaning -- absolutely! My newly restored peace of mind is worth it. Thanks Gents !!

I have had City Duct twice to my home and both time Allan came to complete the work. Allan is a very dedicated and hard worker and did the job in a professional and thorough manner. The first time I had City Duct was due to a blocked dryer vent on the third floor of my house. This did not stop Allan from climbing up and clearing out the problem. Afterwards I saved $$$ in electricity because my dryer worked so much better. The second time I had Allan was in December 2015 and it was for a general vent cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!
