I have an old water boiler heating my home, and every other company I called insisted on installing a new system. Some of these solutions were priced upwards of $15,000, or were contract based with a monthly fee of close to $200 on a 10+ year term. Sonny (the owner) came by and immediately recognized that the water pump was broken, and had Silvio (his employee) fix it the next day. Silvio also identified which parts to replace in the future, should any others break down.

I can't recommend Sonny's company enough, and will be referring him in the future.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We needed a window ac installed in a third floor apartment, in a hurry, by a certified professional. Not only did Sunny, the owner, promise me they would fit us in no matter what within a few days, he put us in direct contact with the technician that would do it (Vince). Vince drove to downtown Toronto on a Sunday and installed this for us in no time and was the nicest guy. Sunny sent the certificates and insurance documents we needed to provide to the landlord within minutes after the install was done. These two men were the most understanding, compassionate people I have met in a long time. Forever a fan. Dont waste your time calling anyone else.

Was having exhaust problems with my ventilation, heat from my laundry room was coming out of my kitchen range. City Air took the time to help me troubleshoot everything and helped save my place from further issues! Thank You!

Contracted to removed sink; disconnect and the reconnect the gasline once new countertop was installed; required two visits; prompt visit first time; second visit was not on time BUT it was due to circumstances beyond the tradesman control; he made sure he came out as soon as he was able (on Friday evening!) so we would have gas to cook with

During a heat wave our air conditioner stopped working. I called at 7am for service and Sunny showed up by 1 pm the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to go get a replacement part and install in an hour. Very friendly and helpful!

The technician quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit instead of just telling us to replace it. We had a quite from another company that told us the AC was broken and needed replacing which was not the truth. A quick service was all that was needed and after a discussion we replaced the 22 year old furnace. The install went very smoothly.

I hired city air who saved the day.
In a matter of an hour my house was cooling.
A simple repair.

Old furnace died in the new year holidays, as all the shops were closing, during covid lockdown. I didn't have much hope it could get fixed or replaced any time soon. Called City Air Toronto, and Sylvio came that day, assessed the situation and gave me the repair versus replace options. He was able to replace it and have the heat back on, so the kids could sleep warm that very night.
