They damaged many parts of my home in the process of re-shingling my roof. Damaged, my eavestrough, downspout, and facing of my house. The customer service was poor and they hardly compensated me for the damage. Would never hire them again.

Very professional company. Very customer-focused. They worked to appease my requests.
It started with an online quote. The I dealt with a great appraiser, then eventually upper-management.
The eventual working-crew satisfied all promises stipulated in Chou.Bros Terms and Conditions.

We are 99 per cent satisfied with the recent shingling job and our contact with the company throughout, starting with estimator Krista Heggie. The company has done similar work in our neighbourhood several times and was well recommended to us. But we still put them through a competitive process as to cost and technology and they were clear winners. We confirmed the job last fall. It was too late in the season to undertake the work then, so we were among the first jobs scheduled for this spring.

The work crew, which totalled six, was really energetic (and amazingly agile). They worked until 9 p.m. the first day, took two days off because of rain, and returned a half day to finish up. Throughout, they were respectful of their surroundings, including covering up a neighbour’s car with foam cushions when that person could not be located to move the vehicle. We have several skylights onto which old shingles could easily fall as they were being stripped, but the glass was carefully covered up, and there were no accidents. At the end of the job they meticulously swept the driveway and patio, and raked the lawn.

So why stop at 99 per cent? The one hitch was that we were given specific dates for delivery of the shingles and the start of work and we adjusted travel plans accordingly. When legitimate reasons popped up for these dates to be delayed, there was no contact initiated with us to let us know of the change.

We have resided in the same residence for over thirty years and the only contractor that I have trusted all my roof work to has been Chouinard Bros Roofing. I have always been extremely satisfied with their excellent customer service, product lines, sales persons and installers. Their work has always attracted the highest of praise from family and neighbours. I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever.

My roof was 14 years old and started deteriorating. I noticed a lot of granules on the ground near the downspouts so I thought I would get my roof inspected. I contacted 3 companies and decided to proceed with Chouinard. My estimator was Scott and he was punctual and was very informative. He went up on the roof and even noticed a section where wood was exposed. He provided a price on the spot and I decided to proceed (his price was in the middle of the 3 quotes). Linda (the Service Manager) contacted me and arranged a service call to temporarily cover the wood while we waited for my roof to be replaced. The material was delivered and did sit for 2 days before the roofers showed up. I guess this was because one day it rained and they had to finish the other jobs???? The roof was completed in two days and the cleanup was pretty good. I did notice a couple shingles in my garden so I asked that they come by and complete the cleanup in its entirety. They came a couple days later and I couldn't be happier with my new roof! Thanks Scott and Chouinard for all of your hard work!

Chouinard bros did a previous repair for us, so we used them to replace our entire roof. They did a great job, very clean, using a magnet to collect all the nails. They notified us our previous roof had the vents, but they neglected to cut holes! They corrected tHis for us. I bought them some beer, they refused! Would recommend.

On a Sunday, the back portion of my fascia wood together with all soffit panels and siding collapsed, leaving holes in our roof that critters could have entered. Chouinard leapt into action right away. I received a quote by Tuesday and by Friday the work had commenced. It was done by Saturday. The workmanship seems impeccable and the work crew left things very tidy. Krista Heggie, who prepared the quote and arranged for the crew was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything throughout every stage very clearly. I would definitely use Chouinard again.

We asked Chouinard to quote for repairs/replacement to our aged soffits and eaves troughs after raccoon damage. Everyone we dealt with was professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. We wound up replacing all the soffits, fascia, and eaves troughs. The job was performed when scheduled, the crews did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, and the finished product looks great and works as it should. We are very pleased with the results.

The roofers replaced our roof (90 bundles) over 2 days during sub zero weather and made sure the roof was water tight during the period the roof was partially exposed. The job was done very professionally and the crew did a great job cleaning up the site. We are very pleased with the roof replacement and feel very confident that the workmanship was done well.

We have a small cottage that needed a new roof. I met a guy who works for chouinard and he struck m as very professional and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them and am very satisfied I did. Other roofing companies weren't even interested because it was a very small job. Chouinard was very clean fast and there had been no issues with my roof since. Thank you
