Casalife

We discovered Casalife at the Interior Design Show a couple of years ago where we purchased a climbing man for our living room wall. When we heard that they had opened an outlet close to us, we rushed to see the store. There we found a million things that we wanted to buy but decided on one, the seatbelt chair. Not one person who has come to visit has not commented on both of these beautiful pieces. Did I get my double negative right? They are both conversation pieces.

We could not be any more happy with the service and all the great products we have purchased at a reasonable cost at Casalife over the past several years. The staff have good product knowledge and provide excellent design suggestions. Rob the owner of Casalife is both honest and pleasant to deal with and will go the extra mile to provide you with great solutions and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend that people visit and enjoy the shopping experience at Casalife.

I made three visits to Casalife before finalizing my purchase of a gorgeous SHI marble coffee table and a BDI bookshelf. Rob (owner) spent hours with me talking about the products and sharing his experiences and insights. Rob is very knowledgeable and passionate about the industry, but more importantly he was also very candid - he values the long term relationship and will give honest advice, even if it means a lost sale. I really enjoyed consulting with him and appreciated his patience throughout the purchasing process.

I also visited the Liberty Village store, and the staff were very warm and helpful. This is a great option for those living downtown.

Delivery was prompt and went without a hitch. The movers and installers were polite and approachable.

As an executive at the largest residential property management company in North America, I've dealt with my fair share of furniture vendors and servicers, and my experience here was unrivaled. Casalife is a first class, customer-focused organization from top to bottom. Will definitely be back.

Firstly, I've had to wait over 3 months for the delivery of my couch (still hasnt been delivered, meant to be today, they have 20 minutes left to deliver to sit within delivery time frame). I have spoken to 3 staff members after purchasing the couch and they all had terrible attitudes, and sense of entitlement. They were very pleasant when selling the sofa to me, then the customer service went south) I would not recommend anyone buying any furniture from here, it has not been a pleasant experience and I will never purchase anything from here again.

My experience from start to finish was fantastic at Casalife. Rob helped me pick my furniture from top to bottom for my new condo. We came in on budget and he made great recommendations on short notice. Delivery was painless and the set-up fantastic. Thanks!!

Although this purchase was made from the Liberty Village store over 5 years ago, I have to detail the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE that occurred over the past week. Upon entering the store to describe that two drawer faces had come off the platform bed drawers ad a chair leg had broken, I was treated extremely well. The sales associate, Anita, immediately looked up the original order and communicated with Scott Millard of the customer service unit. He was so prompt and helpful and set up a service call right away. The technician came out as promised and made repairs as a routine maintenance without charge! He even tightened any looser handles on the dresser as well. In addition, the piece that could not be fixed on site (broken chair leg) was taken back to warehouse for repair. All the furniture looks brand new again. The wood and the leather itself wear extremely well. The clean lines make it modern and still very stylish. It is well constructed and it will be enjoyed for many years to come. Who gives service like this and stands by their products anymore in the furniture industry? OUTSTANDING. Highly recommended.

I ordered approximately $5000 worth of furniture in December 2013. I paid a deposit at the store. My furniture, or I should say some of the furniture I ordered was not delivered until March. Before they brought in the furniture from the truck, they asked for the rest of the balance to be paid. The delivery guys assembled the dining chairs together in the truck and brought them in. When we inspected the chairs, we noticed some of the chairs were missing screws on the bottom. When we questioned them, their response was that they couldn't get it to fit, so they left it out. We told them that we were not going to accept 3 of the 8 chairs, so it was brought back to the warehouse to get fixed. Next, when they assembled the dining table, they used a trial and error method to assemble it. A big dent was found on the table top, so it too had to be returned and replaced. Our last piece of furniture that we ordered, was never packed into the truck for the delivery! I was told someone was going to delivery it on his way home that night, but that didn't happen. I waited, no calls, no apologies. After speaking with the owner, Robert, no compensation was offered, only excuses as to what happened...It was my first and last time buying from Casalife.

It took me 6 months to get my mirror and after receiving it, it was not the one that I order and I had to return it. Friendly staffs but quality of the product is poor for what you are paying for.
