Replacement of Kitchen and Living Room Windows
I chose Casa Bella after reading all the great reviews on Homestars and I wasn't disappointed. During my first meeting in March 2017 with Ronnie, Sales Account Manager, he explained the process to me. I was somewhat concerned about the brick to brick installation because I had just had new window coverings made and worried they might not fit once the new trim was installed. Ronnie assured me everything would be O.K. I was just too nervous to proceed and procrastinated through the winter of 2017 while watching solid ice build up on the inside of my windows. I decided to go ahead and place the order. The installation crew of Kyle, Manny, Chris and Josh, showed up on time and were a great group of gentlemen. They were all polite, friendly and helpful and aside from minor noise, I wouldn't have known they were there. They exceeded my expectations. And, Ronnie was right - my window coverings fit perfectly!
I am very happy with my new windows and looking forward to an ice free 2018/2019 winter.
